Tax One Advisory (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. operates the Run Payroll platform. We are a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. Data we collect

2.1 From admins and HR users

• Name, email and phone for account access
• Company PAN, TAN, GSTIN and address for compliance
• PF and ESI registration numbers for filings

2.2 About employees

• Name, email, phone, gender, DOB and DOJ for employment records
• PAN, Aadhaar, UAN and ESI number for statutory compliance
• Bank account and IFSC for salary transfer
• Salary structure, payroll history and tax declarations for payroll processing

3. How we use it

• Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions
• Generate payslips, Form 16, Form 24Q and challans
• Send transactional emails such as payslip delivery and password reset
• Maintain audit trails for payroll-sensitive activity

We do not sell your data. We do not use your payroll data to train AI models. We do not share data with third parties except as listed below.

4. Where we store it

Payroll data is intended to be stored in India-region infrastructure where available. Database backups, audit retention and statutory retention should follow the product runbook and applicable law.

• Supabase for managed Postgres and Auth
• Vercel for application hosting
• Resend for transactional email delivery
• Razorpay for subscription billing payment processing

6. Your rights

• Right to access your data
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to request deletion, subject to statutory retention requirements
